TCX 25, using ultra-high-pressure water jet technology and HYDWIN's AI-driven algorithms, is designed for the surface preparation of complex areas like large flat surfaces on ship sides, the bow, and stern. Operating at a maximum water pressure of 3000 bars and capable of reaching a working height of up to 25 meters, TCX 25 achieves a maximum derusting efficiency of 120 m²/h and meets WJ-2 / Wa 2½ (near-white metal grade) standards. This advanced system ensures effective, efficient, and environmentally friendly ship hull cleaning, significantly reducing maintenance time and enhancing the overall performance and longevity of new coatings.
