TCD 10 employs ultra-high-pressure water jet technology, featuring HYDWIN's proprietary AI-driven algorithms and advanced ultra-high-pressure components. It is engineered for optimal performance in complex areas such as ship sides, flat bottoms, and bilge keels. Operating at a maximum water pressure of 3000 bars and capable of reaching a working height of up to 10 meters, TCD 10 achieves a maximum derusting efficiency of 50 m²/h. This system conforms to the surface preparation standards of WJ-2 / Wa 2½ (very thorough cleaning, near-white metal grade), ensuring efficient ship hull cleaning and reliable surface preparation to meet demanding industry requirements.
