Hull Coating Removal Vehicle

TCD 10 and TCX 25, engineered for over 95% of ship hull operations, utilize hydroblasting technology. With a maximum pressure of 3000 bar and a maximum water jet flow of 100 l/min, these vehicles achieve cleaning and derusting efficiencies of up to 120 m2/hour.

Built-in Vacuum System
  • Efficient Waste Removal: Absorbs solids (removed coating, rust, etc.) and wastewater from blasting, directing the mixture to the rear filter and disposal module through the suction pipe.
  • Clean Surface: Actively removes particles, resulting in a cleaner surface.
  • Rapid Drying: Quickly dries the blasted surface, reducing the formation of flash rust.
Filter / Disposal Module
  • Solid Pre-separation: Pre-separates solids directly in the vehicle.
  • Easy Disposal: Collects particles in a "big-bag" for easy disposal.
  • Water Treatment: Clean water is controlled and either drained or recycled back to the UHP pump via the vehicle-mounted clean water pump.
