Integrated Vacuum System

Efficient Waste Removal: Absorbs solids (removed coating, rust) and wastewater directly at the ship hull.

• Clean Surface: Actively removes particles, resulting in a cleaner surface.
• Rapid Drying: Dries the blasted surface quickly, reducing the formation of flash rust.

Filter / Disposal Module

• Solid Pre-separation: Pre-separates solids directly in the vehicle.
• Easy Disposal: Collects particles in a “big-bag” for easy disposal.
• Controlled Wastewater Disposal: Uses a rotary lobe pump to feed wastewater to a treatment plant in a controlled manner (where available).

Water Purification System

Our built-in vacuum integrated system instantly recovers solid particles, paint residues, rust, and wastewater removed from the ship hull, promoting an environmentally friendly operation. During the process, the vacuum negative pressure conduit transports wastewater and residues from the cleaning disc to the solid-liquid separation tank at the rear of the robot.

Constructed from stainless steel, the solid-liquid separation tank is highly resistant to corrosion and wear. The system works in tandem with an onboard wastewater pump, allowing for controlled discharge of wastewater or connection to the onboard water purification unit for filtration and recycling.
