System Highlights

Single-Lift Docking

The system features four-hook lifting and a modular tower structure. The modular design enables fast setup, easy transport, and rapid deployment. Single-lift dock entry reduces installation time and shortens drydocking cycles.

Control System

A constant-pressure paint supply provides steady delivery of single- and multi-component coatings. Millimeter-level sensors and adaptive hull-curvature tracking support spraying rates of up to 1,500 m²/h, with dynamic spray parameter adjustment for controlled overlap and WFT.

Spray Module

Power System

Powered by a 150 kW EU Stage V diesel generator, the system integrates intelligent temperature control, VFD control, and servo travel for precise power management and optimized energy use.

Telescopic Boom

Radar-based boom positioning supports spray speeds of up to 25 m/min, while automatic path tracking enables continuous spraying within preset zones. Adaptive hull-curvature tracking ensures consistent coating across flat and curved surfaces.

VOC Treatment

Integrated mist collection provides 95% overspray recovery, while a closed-loop system targets VOC capture and reduces airborne emissions. Coordination with the spray system supports uniform film thickness and target DFT.
